Are you an experienced and dynamic General Operative or Groundworker looking for your next position?
We are currently looking for an experienced Operative at our Nuneaton packed products plant. Reporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for undertaking all site duties safely, understanding CRH and SHE safety. You will also be working in different areas including raw materials, storage, production, despatch and housekeeping.
Main Responsibilities
As the successful Operativeyour duties and responsibilitieswill include (not exhaustive):
* Meeting daily production target requirements
* Working on the reporting of data for quality purposes
* Moving, loading and unloading products from the plant and vehicles
* Meeting customer service requirements in terms of accurate loading and timely vehicle turnaround
* Working on the continuous improvement of performance standards
The ideal candidate
The ideal Operative will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a similar production and despatch environment. Furthermore, if you have experience in any of the following, this would be beneficial in your application:
