We offer a basic salary of
£24,570
p/a full time hours and pro rata's for part time hours plus a generous quarterly bonus so you can earn
up to £28,570 per year full time

* Providing great customer service to existing clients over the phone and via email, so having attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly, plus a positive attitude is a must.
* Efficiently manage high call volumes in our dynamic contact centre environment meeting and exceeding performance KPI's and targets.
* You will need to enjoy working in a team, we work hard, help and support each other and we're driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives…all whilst having a lot of fun
