Temporary Health & Safety Administrator

Role OverviewWe are currently recruiting for a Temporary Health & Safety Administrator to support TCES at their Barking site. The role will sit within a team of administrators and will focus on the day-to-day coordination of operational Health & Safety, risk assessments, and facilities support.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety procedures across the site
* Assist with the creation, review, and maintenance of risk assessments and related documentation
* Maintain accurate Health & Safety records, logs, and compliance paperwork
* Support facilities administration, including reporting and tracking maintenance issues
* Liaise with internal teams and external contractors where required
* Ensure policies and procedures are followed in line with organisational and legal requirements
* Provide general administrative support to the wider operations team
Skills & Experience
* Previous administrative experience, ideally within Health & Safety, facilities, or compliance
* Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work well as part of a team and manage multiple tasks
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Knowledge of Health & Safety processes is desirable but not essential
