What You Will Be Doing Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on Suzuki and multi-brand vehicles to manufacturer standards. Complete diagnostic work using the latest diagnostic equipment and software. Perform warranty repairs, routine servicing, brake/tyre work, and air conditioning system maintenance. Conduct and record electronic video health checks (EVHC) with clarity and accuracy. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and confidently. Support colleagues and contribute to a positive workshop culture. Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience. (If qualified) Carry out MOT testing in line with DVSA regulations. What You’ll Need Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair. Previous experience as a Technician (Suzuki or Japanese brand experience desirable but not essential). Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capability. Ability to work confidently with digital systems, diagnostic tools, and multi-brand processes. High attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. A full UK driving licence. MOT Tester qualification preferred but not essential – training may be available for the right candidate.
