Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in High Wycombe? Our agency is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate TA who is confident supporting pupils from Early Years through to Year 6, with a strong background in Special Educational Needs.
We are working with a range of friendly and supportive primary schools in the area who are looking for reliable, enthusiastic staff for day-to-day supply, longer-term placements, and potential permanent positions.

About the Role
You will:
* Support pupils with a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language difficulties
* Work 1:1 or in small groups to help children access the curriculum
* Assist class teachers with planning and delivering engaging learning activities
* Help create a safe, positive and inclusive environment
* Adapt resources and strategies to meet the needs of individual learners

✨ What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience working with children with SEN
* Confidence supporting pupils across Reception to Year 6
* A patient, caring and proactive approach
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
* Availability for supply, long-term bookings or interest in permanent roles
* An enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
