On behalf of NatWest, we are looking for a Business Change & Journey Manager for a 6-month contract based in Edinburgh, with hybrid working .
NatWest is a major UK retail bank, providing every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.
Purpose of the Role:
As a Business Change & Journey Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a packaged current account refresh programme. Working as part of a newly established project team, you will support the design and implementation of proposition, pricing, benefit, and journey changes across a suite of current accounts, ensuring effective governance, risk management, and clear communication to customers and colleagues.
As a Business Change & Journey Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering proposition, pricing, and customer journey changes as part of the packaged current account refresh programme.
* Onboarding and managing third-party suppliers to introduce new benefits and revise or decommission existing services.
* Designing and implementing end-to-end customer and colleague journeys across account opening, upgrades, and ongoing communications.
* Coordinating website, collateral, and terms & conditions updates to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely customer information.
* Managing journey change governance, risk assessment, and implementation controls within a regulated banking environment.
What we require from the candidate:
* Proven project implementation experience within financial services environment.
* Good current account knowledge, ideally including packaged bank accounts and customer propositions.
* Experience working with and managing third-party suppliers delivering customer-facing services or benefits.
* Demonstrated experience in customer and staff communications design, journey change management, and implementation.
* Sound understanding of governance processes, risk management, and change control frameworks.
