We are recruiting for a skilled Site Combustion Controls Engineer to maintain and optimise furnace systems across our site (Engineering, Manufacturing/Metals)
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose faults and carry out planned maintenance on combustion systems
* Improve efficiency, reduce emissions, and support sustainability targets
* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
* Lead furnace installations, upgrades, and retrofit projects
* Liaise with suppliers/contractors and maintain CMMS records
About You
* Experience with combustion systems, burners, and controls
* Strong understanding of thermodynamics and heat transfer
* Background in furnace/refractory or combustion maintenance
* Knowledge of ATEX, PUWER, COMAH
* Excellent troubleshooting xsngvjr and optimisation skills
