We are looking for a Private Client Solicitor with 3 years PQE to join our client's dynamic team in Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a diverse caseload and contribute to our firm’s commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage a busy caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration. Assist the Head of Department in the smooth operation and development of the team. Attend home visits and court as required to provide client support and representation. Engage in networking and business development activities to help expand the firm’s client base. Participate in staff training initiatives as required to enhance team capabilities. About You: Qualified Solicitor with 3 years PQE in private client law, gained within a reputable law firm. Strong academic record demonstrating a solid foundation in legal principles. Ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative team. Excellent IT skills, enabling efficient case management and communication. Outstanding organisational, presentation, and communication skills. Personal Attributes: Reliable and diligent with a keen attention to detail. Self-motivated with a proactive “can do” attitude towards challenges. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues. Positive approach to working under pressure in a busy environment. A full driving licence is essential for attending home visits.
