Our client supports independent retailers and small businesses nationwide, operating significant number of store sites, alongside multiple distribution centres and logistics locations across the UK. This is a client-side role within a major national estate, offering genuinely varied and high-profile work.
You'll be involved in estate management across a substantial UK property portfolio, including lease events, landlord & tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, and wider strategic estate initiatives — with real autonomy and visibility.
Ideal for a Asset/Estate Surveyor (MRICS or working towards) looking to move client-side with a household-name business, strong benefits and clear long-term progression.
Salary £40-50,000 up to 30% bonus, car and plc benefits package.
