To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate your retail management experience by driving sales and enhancing store performance, consistently meeting key performance indicators.
You must possess excellent communication skills and exhibit a coaching management style that is clear, open, and honest. You will ensure retail colleagues are trained to the highest standards and are capable of taking corrective action when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a positive, proactive attitude towards their role. Experience in change management and a proven track record of meeting targets are essential. You should be career-focused and self-motivated, capable of inspiring your team and managing a significant retail operation with a strong profit motive.
