Junior Logistics Administrator – Basildon, Essex Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 (flexibility required) We are looking for a detail-focused Junior Logistics Administrator to join our busy team. Key Responsibilities: Manage Proof of Deliveries (PODs): sorting, scanning, sourcing, and uploading Communicate with internal teams and external customers (phone and email) Support warehouse operations: picking, packing, stock counts, and processing returns Input customer orders into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Arrange freight couriers for collections and deliveries Maintain and organise company filing Requirements: Minimum 1 year’s experience in an office or administrative role Strong attention to detail Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to provide a full 5-year history (education/employment) with no gaps – essential for CAA compliance Highly organised with good communication skills Professional, flexible, and a strong team player If you are looking for an opportunity to develop your career in logistics and administration, we would love to hear from you.
