About The Role

Join Our Approved Staffing List - Examination Invigilators

EKC Group are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our approved staffing list for the role of Examination Invigilator.

We're looking for applicants who are flexible, committed, and passionate about supporting students to achieve their best.

As an Invigilator, you will:
* Ensure the smooth and fair running of both online and paper-based exams
* Supervise groups of up to 30 students or provide individual exam support when required
* Follow strict exam regulations and procedures to maintain exam integrity and confidentiality
* Assist with exam setup, distribution, collection, and supervision throughout assessment sessions
* Provide a calm and supportive presence, helping students feel at ease in an exam environment
We're looking for individuals who:
* Are enthusiastic, dependable, and flexible with their availability
* Can work at various times during the academic year, depending on exam schedules
* Have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Can maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

About You

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Exams Team.

In this role, you will:
* Complete essential exam documentation with a high level of accuracy and literacy
* Ensure JCQ guidelines and regulations are followed at all times
* Maintain a calm and confident approach when dealing with any challenges that arise
You'll need to be flexible with your working hours, which may include evenings.

Previous experience isn't required as full training will be provided.
