Senior Accounts Manager Job Overview
1. Be the first port of call for a portfolio of diverse clients - predominantly OMB's.
2. Client development with visits to their offices and networking events to onboard new clients.
3. Oversee a small team of talented accounts juniors with your coaching and development skills and review their work to provide any adjustments.
4. Ensure all deadlines are met within the team and clients expectations are exceeded.
Senior Accounts Manager Job Requirements
1. ACA or ACCA qualified with excellent experience in a UK accounting firm.
2. Have prior experience within a people and client management role.
3. 5 years + experience in practice.
4. Strong experience with OMB's.
5. Be tech confident with cloud based packages.
6. Be a great leader - this is a people management role.
7. Although this is a hybrid role, you will need to be within a reasonable commute of the Stoke office.
Senior Accounts Manager Salary & Benefits
1. £40,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience.
