What you will do:
1. Assess and provide patient-centred care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring effective treatment and rehabilitation strategies.
2. Collaborate with a dynamic multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and streamline care pathways.
3. Engage in regular reviews and evaluations to optimise therapeutic interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
4. Provide support and education to patients and their families to ensure comprehensive understanding and management of conditions.
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports according to HCPC guidelines and NHS standards.
This supercharged locum role requires you to have:
1. A degree in Occupational Therapy.
2. Two years of experience, preferably with a drive for a variety of cases.
3. HCPC registration.
4. A valid driver's licence (preferable).
5. Experience in the NHS is a desirable addition to your skill set.
