About the Role As a Customer Service Advisor, youll be a key part of our night shift team, acting as the first point of contact. Youll handle inbound queries to support customers, and occasionally make outbound contact with existing customers to provide support, guidance and engagement. Youll be supporting customers in a gambling environment, which can sometimes involve adapting conversations, though the role focuses on helping customers with account, cashier and promotional queries, so strong communication skills and adaptability are important. Youll support customers via: Live Chat Email Telephone Key Responsibilities Handle inbound queries across multiple channels Provide clear, accurate information, aiming for a first-time resolution Build rapport while identifying customer needs and resolving issues efficiently Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Make outbound contact to existing customers as needed, focusing on support & engagement Complete general daily administrative tasks Hybrid / Work From Home Training is office based in the Hulme office and typically lasts 4-8 weeks, depending on individual progress. It focuses on learning our systems, processes and regulations of online gambling. You dont need prior experience in the gambling industry - the training will teach you everything you need to know to perform the role. After successfully completing training, Hybrid Working is enabled with occasional office attendance for training, meetings or team gatherings.
