This is a rare chance to get in early and help shape a fast-growing division. You’ll be working across a broad range of funding products and sectors, supported by warm leads, inbound enquiries, and a strong brand presence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Proactively engage with SME decision makers across the UK to generate new finance opportunities
* Leverage existing customer data and historic enquiries to create fresh leads
* Present tailored funding solutions across asset finance, business loans, merchant cash advances, refinance, and government-backed schemes
* Conduct financial assessments to match clients with suitable lenders
* Manage the full funding process from proposal through to drawdown
* Stay informed on lender products, underwriting criteria, and market conditions
* Identify cross-selling opportunities across other finance divisions
* Accurately log all activity and deal progress in the CRM
* Achieve personal revenue targets while contributing to team success
What You’ll Need:
* 2+ years’ experience in phone-based sales environment
* A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals
* A sharp commercial mindset and the ability to spot and convert opportunities
* Energy, drive, and the ambition to build a successful client portfolio
