Service Advisor – Commercial Vehicle Dealership
1. Location: Croydon
2. Salary: £28,000–£30,000 + Bonus
3. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
4. Provide first-class, professional customer service, resolving enquiries, payments, and complaints efficiently.
5. Greet customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
6. Undertake general administrative duties to ensure a smooth workflow in the service reception.
7. Provide repair estimates, price quotations, and repair suggestions to customers.
8. Register new vehicles and ensure accurate invoicing and vehicle taxing.
9. Source unavailable parts from suppliers and coordinate delivery or pass orders to stock control.
10. Handle all internal and external customer and supplier interactions with courtesy and professionalism.
11. Comply with all Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience of the Service Advisor:
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
14. Previous experience in a Parts or Service Advisor role.
15. Strong PC literacy and familiarity with administrative procedures.
16. Understanding of the commercial vehicle aftermarket operation is highly desirable.
