We are seeking a Performance Insights Advisor to play a key role in shaping how evidence, data, and evaluation inform our work across the region. As part of the Performance Team, you’ll help lead the development and delivery of data-driven insights that influence strategic priorities and improve outcomes for communities. You’ll support the integration of performance analysis, qualitative research, and evaluation across the OPCC, providing clear and compelling insights that inform decisions and policy. You’ll work closely with the Strategic Performance Manager and colleagues across the OPCC and West Midlands Police to strengthen how we collect, analyse, and use data. This includes supporting the development of strategic needs assessments, performance frameworks, and evaluation processes that measure the real impact of services and interventions.
