Why this role matters As our new People Partner, youll play a key role in delivering our ambitious People Plan, aligning HR practices with our organisational goals and values. Youll work in true partnership with leadersresolving complex people matters, developing capability, enabling change, and improving outcomes for everyone who works here. What you'll be doing: Leading on a broad range of HR matters including employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning Advising, coaching and challenging managers to build confidence and consistency in people leadership Championing our inclusive culture by embedding our values and ensuring EDI is central to all we do Leading and supporting change projects such as restructures, TUPE, and redundancy processes Developing and mentoring People Advisors to continually raise service standards Using people data and insight to drive improvements and inform strategy What were looking for We want someone who brings a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
