Join to apply for the Senior Performance & BI Administrator role at Dartford & Gravesham NHS Trust
We are looking for a Performance and Business Intelligence Administrator to join our Business Intelligence Team at Dartford & Gravesham NHS Trust.
We’re seeking an organized individual with a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in using data to improve patient care.
As a Performance and Business Intelligence Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing how we utilize data to support our strategy and monitor performance from ward to Board. Your work will enable teams across the hospital to make informed decisions that impact patient care and promote long-term improvements and efficiencies.
We are a small, friendly team working closely with other departments including Digital, PMO, Strategy, CQI, and embedded data teams such as Workforce and Cancer.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with data and visualizing it effectively. You should be confident using Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and Power BI, and interested in building a career in NHS performance or analytics.
Interviews will be held in person at Darent Valley Hospital on 29th and 30th May. Shortlisted candidates must be available on these dates.
Sponsorship is only available if you had your first Skilled Worker visa before 4 April 2024 and have held one or more Skilled Worker visas since then.
The post-holder will support the Business Intelligence Manager and Deputy Director for Performance and BI in administrative duties. The primary focus is to lead the collation and presentation of performance data in collaboration with the team.
Responsibilities include arranging and minuting performance meetings, maintaining documentation, coordinating the Trust CQUIN programme, supporting cancer patient waiting list reporting, and leading small administrative and performance projects.
We are committed to diversity and inclusion, aiming to reflect the communities we serve and create an inclusive culture where everyone can reach their potential. We welcome applications from diverse backgrounds and experiences. We have signed the Armed Forces Covenant Pledge and support the Armed Forces Community.
We use a CQI approach to improve services and ensure excellence in patient care.
If you are considering applying, please note that NHS staff may contact vulnerable service users. We strongly encourage vaccination against COVID-19 and annual flu vaccination to protect the health and safety of staff and patients.
