I am the Founder and CEO of a human hair manufacturing and processing company specializing in 100 percent human hair designed for women of color. We operate at the manufacturing level, not resale.
I am seeking an experienced professional or team to assist with the following:
Trademark Strategy and Filing
• Conduct comprehensive trademark search
• Advise on class selection for hair extensions and related services
• File trademark application in the United States (USPTO)
• Provide guidance on potential future filings in UK and EU
• Ensure the mark is structured correctly for long-term brand expansion
• Must be a licensed trademark attorney or registered IP professional
Amazon Seller Central Setup
• Set up new Amazon Seller Central account correctly
• Complete tax interview and verification
• Prepare account for Amazon Brand Registry
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies
• Structure account for long-term scalability
This is for a serious brand with global ambitions. I am not looking for basic gig-level work. I need experienced professionals who have handled trademark filings and Amazon Brand Registry for established brands.
