The role

As a client‑facing leader, you will work closely with senior management across diverse sectors to deliver impactful solutions that enhance financial performance, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
* Lead and oversee finance transformation projects, ensuring delivery on scope, budget, and timeline.
* Develop strategic roadmaps for ERP implementation, automation, and process re‑engineering.
* Drive stakeholder engagement through effective communication and collaborative planning.
* Maintain rigorous control processes and ensure adherence to UK GAAP and IFRS standards.
* Provide expert advice on finance technology solutions, integration, and best practices.
* Manage project teams, resources, and budgets, fostering a high‑performance environment.
The ideal candidate
Candidates should bring a strong background in finance transformation, system implementation, and process optimisation with proven leadership skills.
Required qualifications
* Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA with PQ or fully qualified status.
* Many years’ experience within finance transformation, ERP deployment, or process re‑engineering.
* Demonstrable experience leading SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Dynamics, or Sage projects.
* Solid understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS, and financial control frameworks.
* Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data analytics tools.
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership abilities.
* Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
Bonus skills
* Experience working within professional services, consultancy, or multi‑site environments.
* Knowledge of RPA, SQL, Tableau, and wider enterprise systems integration.
* Exposure to change management and digital finance initiatives.
* Familiarity with regulatory compliance and internal control frameworks.
