Nayax UK is growing and we are looking for a seasoned, experienced Sales Manager which will be responsible for achieving company sales objectives to proactively support Nayax's growth, specifically in the Retail and Forecourt division.
Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the retail and fueling industry, payment technologies, and have a proven track record of driving sales growth. A strategic thinker who can identify market opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and effectively lead a sales process up to C-levels.
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
* Develop and execute targeted strategies for Retail and Forecourt markets in the UK, setting clear targets and prioritizing growth opportunities.
* Strategize and implement product Go-to-Market plans, establish and manage, channels, and direct customer interactions, overseeing lead generation and opportunity tracking.
* Serve as the primary contact for new customers, SMBs, enterprises and distributors, nurturing relationships from lead generation to deal closure.
* Cultivate relationships with forecourt operators and stakeholders, aligning payment solutions with business objectives.
* Showcase Nayax’s product offerings, demonstrating expertise in the company's products and integration capabilities.
* Lead trade activities, service contract extensions, and address customer needs in marketing, operations, and technical aspects.
* Stay informed on industry trends and customer needs to refine sales approaches and product offerings.
* Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:
* Extensive sales experience in the retail, fueling and forecourts industry, with a focus on payment solutions and/or technology.
* 5+ years of experience in managing direct and non direct (distributing channels).
* 5+ years of B2B experience selling hardware + software solutions to channels and retailers.
* Strong understanding of payment technologies, including point-of-sale systems, mobile payments, and contactless payments.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Experience in the Retail and/or Forecourt payment industry.
* Experience with ISO.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
