Social Network and CRM Manager
Location: Central London (office-based, hybrid, or home-based options available)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 plus bonus and benefits
About the Role:
We are seeking a CRM and Social Media Manager for a luxury tour operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's email programme and social media activity. This is a standalone position reporting to the Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the organic social media content strategy.
2. Manage email marketing campaigns.
3. Report on KPIs and social media performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Proven experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry, preferably luxury travel.
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
3. Experience or ambition to advance in a senior social media role.
