Duties and Responsiblities Project Governance & Oversight Establish and maintain procurement project frameworks, methodologies, and best practices Monitor project performance, timelines, and budgets across procurement initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Strategic Procurement Alignment Collaborate with procurement teams to align project goals with sourcing strategies. Support supplier onboarding, contract management, and risk mitigation efforts. Drive cost optimization and value creation through strategic sourcing projects. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a liaison between procurement, finance, legal, and operational teams. Facilitate regular project reviews, reporting, and executive updates. Manage change control and communication plans for procurement projects. Performance & Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to track procurement project health. Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions. Lead post-project evaluations and lessons-learned sessions. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 5 years of experience in procurement, project management, or PMO roles. Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract lifecycle, and vendor management. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira). PMP, Prince2, or similar certification preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
