Planet Pharma are currently partnered with a global pharma and we are actively seeking a Recruitment Operations Specialist to join on an initial contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Strategic Hiring Plans: Translate strategic recruitment goals into actionable operational plans.
* Oversee Daily Recruitment Operations: Ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous process improvement.
* Data-Driven Insights: Monitor performance data to identify trends, address issues, and drive improvements.
* Process Optimization: Standardize and refine recruitment workflows using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with HR and business stakeholders to align goals, gather feedback, and enhance overall recruitment experience.

* 5+ years relevant experience
