ENGINEERING MANAGER

Based in the beautiful Scottish Borders (circa 1 hour south of Edinburgh), Grw Talent’s client is a well-established global manufacturer of pre-connectorised, blown fibre cable, and ducted network solutions and is at the forefront of the fibre-to-the-X industry. They have two sites in Scotland and form part of an international business stretching into Europe, the USA and Middle-East. The group is undergoing extensive growth and change right now. To help facilitate this, they now need to recruit a site based Engineering Manager.
The Site Engineering Manager is responsible for the leadership, compliance, and operational performance of the site’s engineering team. This includes delivering on-site engineering projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing asset reliability, and driving continuous improvement to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Reporting into the UK Engineering Manager you will work to align site-level goals with broader organisational objectives.
