About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the direction of Domino’s digital service platforms, including our IoT Connected Printer Platform, Knowledge Management Solution, and Augmented Reality Remote Video Assistant. You will define the vision, roadmap, and delivery plan that transforms how customers operate, maintain, and optimise their Domino equipment.
About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the direction of Domino’s digital service platforms, including our IoT Connected Printer Platform, Knowledge Management Solution, and Augmented Reality Remote Video Assistant. You will define the vision, roadmap, and delivery plan that transforms how customers operate, maintain, and optimise their Domino equipment.
This hybrid role has a direct impact on customer self-service, issue resolution, and optimisation, while supporting internal technical and commercial teams to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Shape dashboards and analytics that give customers clear visibility of performance.
* Lead discovery sprints to identify customer needs, turning insights into actionable requirements.
* Ensure the delivery of scalable, user-friendly solutions that improve customer experience and create measurable value.
* Enable our Technical Help Desks to diagnose and resolve issues remotely.
* Ensure data and frameworks are in place for predictive, proactive service.
About You
The successful candidate will either have or be willing to develop the following competencies
* Proven track record leading cross-functional teams from strategy through delivery.
* Deep understanding of B2B challenges and value creation through digital/data platforms.
* Skilled at translating complex capabilities into clear, commercially relevant messaging.
* Experienced with ScrumBan, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Product Discovery), and Microsoft 365.
* Collaborate with Sales, Service, and R&D to deliver commercially successful products.
* Ensure on-time, in-scope delivery with internal teams and third-party partners.
* Develop strong business cases to secure investment.
* Inspire stakeholders with a compelling product vision and roadmap.
