Your mission The UiPath Supply Chain and Retail team (Peak) is looking for a Delivery Manager to lead the successful implementation of AI solutions for our customers. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within agreed scope and resource profile, and that customers see value as quickly as possible. This exciting role sits at the intersection of technology, people, and process. You will bring clarity, structure, and momentum to real-world AI projects, aligning customer expectations with delivery outcomes and driving exceptional results for both customers and our business. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, generating real value for customers, and adapting fast in a rapidly evolving AI landscape. The ideal candidate will come from a Consulting or Professional Services background, with experience in delivering AI, Data or SaaS solutions directly for enterprise customers. The Role: You will own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent AI projects, acting as the primary delivery contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. You will: ● Define scope, agree delivery plans, and set clear success criteria with customers and internal teams before work begins. ● Own delivery through to completion, managing progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and change control across defined phases and sprint-based execution. ● Lead all delivery communication, setting expectations, maintaining alignment, and escalating when required. ● Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders that support successful delivery. ● This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires a high degree of ownership, energy, and a strong focus on delivering value. What you'll do at UiPath ● Own end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding projects, acting as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders. ● Define and agree scope, delivery plans, milestones, and success criteria upfront with customers and internal teams. ● Build and maintain delivery plans, tracking progress, dependencies, resourcing, and milestones. ● Maintain accurate reporting across RAG status, risks, issues, and change requests. ● Lead regular delivery meetings, proactively managing risks and dependencies and escalating when timelines or resourcing are impacted. ● Control scope through a structured change management process, ensuring impacts and trade-offs are clearly understood. ● Contribute to improving delivery standards and ways of working, including use of Generative AI tools to optimise workflows. What you'll bring to the team ● Proven customer-facing Project or Delivery Manager experience in a consultancy or technology environment. ● Track record managing multiple complex projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. ● Strong scope management, including upfront definition, change control, and setting clear customer expectations. ● Experience producing delivery documentation and managing formal sign-off. ● Able to communicate scope and delivery changes in terms of customer and commercial impact. Desirable ● Experience delivering AI, Data, or Analytics projects. ● Domain experience in Retail, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain. ● Change Management experience, particularly landing AI solutions into existing operations. ● Jira and Confluence experience. ● Experience working with or managing third parties during delivery.
