The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will play a vital role in supporting students with their learning and development. You will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide individualised support to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering tailored lessons and activities.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective support strategies.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
