EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant (with HLTA responsibilities) Location: Manchester, M12 Position: Full-Time (Mon - Fri, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM) Start Date: ASAP Pay: £100 - £110 per day Contract: Full-Time until July We are currently recruiting for an EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant with some HLTA responsibilities for a school in Manchester (M12). This full-time role is ideal for an experienced and confident TA who is ready to step up and lead the classroom when the teacher takes their PPA time once a week. The role offers great responsibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the classroom. Key Responsibilities: Support the teacher with delivering the EYFS curriculum. Take the lead during PPA time (one afternoon a week). Provide support to children on a 1:1 and small group basis. Help with planning and setting up activities in line with the curriculum. Foster a positive learning environment, encouraging engagement and development. Work alongside other staff and professionals to ensure the needs of all children are met. Requirements: Level 3 qualification in EYFS (or equivalent). Previous experience working within an EYFS setting. Ability to confidently lead the class during PPA time.
