Responsibilities
:
1. Foster effective communication between clients, colleagues, and managers, representing the business in a professional and courteous manner
2. Oversee progress against key deliverables, keeping your manager informed and highlighting critical updates to relevant departments
3. Track performance using KPIs and SLAs and provide status reports to leadership when requested
4. Support junior team members through mentorship and sharing best practices
5. Strive to meet objectives set by your line manager
6. Contribute to departmental efficiency, compliance, and improvement initiatives
7. Be based primarily at the head office with travel to project sites as needed

Essential Experience & Qualifications:
16. Hands-on experience with heating, chilled water, domestic water, and basic gas systems in active buildings
17. Familiarity with capital equipment such as boilers, pumps, and chillers
18. Minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in HVAC or a related trade
19. Valid UK driving licence with no major endorsements
20. Clear criminal background check (DBS)
21. At least 5 years of relevant industry experience
22. Competence in Microsoft Office and estimating software
23. Strong analytical, planning, and teamwork skills
