About the Role:
* Plan and deliver personalised, engaging lessons tailored to students with a range of SEND, aligned with school policies.
* Assess and provide constructive feedback to support academic progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment by building strong relationships with students, Teaching Assistants, support staff, therapists, and families.
* Actively participate in departmental and staff meetings to share best practices and support continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) with proven SEND teaching experience in mainstream or specialist settings.
* Enhanced DBS clearance on the Update Service.
* Strong understanding of SEN and excellent classroom management with a proactive, inclusive approach.
* Ability to differentiate lessons effectively for diverse learning needs.
* Compassionate, creative, adaptable, with enthusiasm, resilience, and a commitment to student growth.
* Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
