This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef who is passionate about fresh, seasonal food and thrives in a high-quality, fast-paced environment.As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Executive Head Chef in overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen, while also being given the opportunity to lead the team in their absence.
