Job Title: Administrator - Sales
Location: Shipley, Bradford (on-site)
Salary: National Living Wage (negotiable dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Open to full-time and part-time candidates

Responsibilities
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
* Prepare and process quotations and sales orders in line with targets
* Be proactive in providing updates to the customer in order to deliver a positive customer experience
* Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data
* Liaise with external sales representatives and suppliers
* Assist the accounts department with general administrative tasks (e.g. invoicing, filing, data entry)
* Support day-to-day office operations
Qualifications
* Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or office administration
* Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
* A proactive team player with a positive attitude
* Focused on delivering results
* Evidence of a ‘self-starter' who does not require close supervision
