Position: Management Accountant
Working Pattern: Full Time
Location: Sutton (hybrid offered after probation)
Salary: Up to 62k

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts
* Analyse financial performance and provide insights to guide business decisions
* Assist in budget preparation and forecasting processes
* Collaborate with department heads to identify financial opportunities
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
* Streamline financial processes for greater efficiency
What You'll Need:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Proven experience in management accounting or similar roles
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
