Position: Management Accountant
Working Pattern: Full Time
Location: Sutton (hybrid offered after probation)
Salary: Up to 62k

Key Responsibilities:
As their Management Accountant, you will:
6. Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts
7. Analyse financial performance and provide insights to guide business decisions
8. Assist in budget preparation and forecasting processes
9. Collaborate with department heads to identify financial opportunities
10. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
11. Streamline financial processes for greater efficiency
What You'll Need:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
12. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
13. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
14. Proven experience in management accounting or similar roles
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
17. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
