To keep up with demand, we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to own and manage a growing portfolio of installer accounts.
This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with both installers and our manufacturer partners to keep jobs moving, standards high, and communication seamless.
Job Summary
We're looking for a confident, organised Account Manager to join our small, but fast-paced team. You'll manage a portfolio of installer partners, working closely with household names like Baxi, Alpha and Midea, to turn warm leads into seamless, successful renewable heating installs. What you'll be doing:
* Manage a pipeline of 40+ active installer accounts, each with multiple sub-jobs/installations underway.
* Onboard and support warm leads — all generated through manufacturer partnerships, direct applications, and referrals.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with regional reps from partners like Baxi, Alpha and Midea, helping convert their referrals into successful installs.
* Guide installers through their journey – whether they're already MCS certified or need support to get there – making the process smooth and stress-free.
* Advise on product selection and assist with ordering, coordinating with our internal teams to keep installs on track.
* Support BUS grant applications and ensure all regulatory and technical requirements are met.
* Report to our General Manager and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team focused on doing things the right way.
What we're looking for:
* Strong B2B account or relationship management experience, ideally with a pipeline of 40+ active accounts or projects.
* A confident communicator and natural relationship builder – you'll be working closely with installers, reps and internal teams.
* Organised and proactive – you thrive in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities.
* Comfortable working with regulated processes and technical products – we'll support your learning where needed.
* Experience in renewables, construction, energy or heating is advantageous, but not essential.
* A positive can-do attitude. We're a small team looking for someone who's not afraid of rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in, supporting each other and delivering excellence for our customers.
