About this Position This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Customer Activation Manager to join the LOCTITE industrial team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating many of our key campaigns. Working closely with the team you will develop data and insights-led activation plans, delivering measurable results in line with the wider strategic plan. What you´ll do Working across multiple markets to develop commercial plans to deliver yearly target and identify stretch opportunities. Adapt Global and Regional marketing materials and campaigns to local needs and drive implementation. Be the primary marketing contact with key customers & represent the voice of customers internally. Create & deploy local customer engagement strategies that are executed with excellence and deliver strong sales growth. Gathering, analysis and identification of actionable insights. Building solid relationships and partnering with cross functional teams, e.g. Sales, Technical Teams. Manage the budget available for the areas of responsibility. What makes you a good fit Demonstrable experience in marketing, with proof points of running online media campaigns & other digital initiatives. Passionate about bringing brands and category strategies to life. Strong project management, budget management, planning and organisation skills. Strong IT skills; familiarity with Microsoft Packages. Exceptional attention to detail. Analytical and creative minded. Team player with excellent communication skills. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience. BA or Master’s degree in Marketing and/or business. B2B marketing experience. Experience of lead generation Experience of customer facing activities (presentations, meetings, negotiations). Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders (different levels of seniority, functions, ).
