Carrington Wood has been engaged to support with the appointment of a Temporary Administrator to assist our client during a key digitalisation project. As the organisation transitions from paper to digital systems, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring accurate data input and providing administrative support to the wider team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Accurately inputting data from paper records into the internal system
✔ Scanning, organising, and cataloguing documents for digital storage
✔ Providing general administrative support to the wider team
✔ Maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail at all times
✔ Supporting ad hoc tasks as required during the digitalisation project
What We’re Looking For:
💡 Previous experience in administration or data entry
💡 Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
💡 Confident using IT systems and comfortable handling data
💡 Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
💡 Available immediately and able to commit for approximately 4 weeks
