Brand Manager
DRG, a leading hospitality group in Scotland, seeks an experienced and creative Brand Manager to lead the marketing for Café Andaluz and Cadiz, two of their Spanish dining brands. The role involves shaping and executing brand strategy, driving revenue through creative initiatives, and managing a robust marketing team.
Responsibilities
* Brand Strategy Development: Develop long‑term strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring clear market positioning.
* Marketing Campaign Management: Plan and execute an annual calendar of campaigns across digital, print, social media, and internal teams.
* Agency Management: Oversee third‑party agencies, from briefing to budget control and reporting.
* Budget Management: Allocate resources efficiently and track expenses for cost‑effective delivery.
* Brand Performance Tracking: Report on performance and adjust strategy as needed.
Skills and Experience Required
* 3+ years in brand or marketing management, ideally within hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle sectors.
* A balance of creative flair and commercial focus, able to tell great stories and deliver measurable results.
* Excellent communication and project‑management skills, confident leading multiple campaigns.
* Collaborative mindset, working closely with designers, operations teams, and senior stakeholders.
