We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Posting Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various clerical tasks, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining efficient office operations. This role requires proficiency in administrative duties and a strong ability to work with computerised systems.
Responsibilities
* Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Manage and organise office documents, ensuring they are easily accessible.
* Utilise QuickBooks for financial data management and record-keeping.
* Answer phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist in clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
* Maintain an organised workspace to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions.
Skills
* Strong administrative skills with a focus on organisation and efficiency.
* Proficient in data entry and familiar with computerised systems.
* Experience using QuickBooks for financial management is advantageous.
* Competent in using Google Suite applications for document creation and management.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
