The Role:
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is looking for a Business Support and Marketing Manager to become a key member of our team, supporting both our Maritime and Offshore curriculum areas at the Fleetwood Nautical Campus. You will play a vital part in driving performance, compliance, and engagement through effective business support and creative marketing strategies.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Ensuring the effective running and compliance of business functions across the Maritime and Offshore areas, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Leading on business planning, student recruitment, forecasting, HR compliance, and data management to aid informed decision-making.
* Creating and managing marketing campaigns and digital content, liaising with both the B&FC Marketing Team and external agencies.
* Coordinating major campus events, such as careers fairs, employer engagement sessions, and graduation ceremonies.
* Acting as compliance manager, ensuring adherence to legislative frameworks, policies, and student processes.
* Translating business and marketing objectives into operational plans that deliver measurable results.
