Job Title: Sourcing Specialist / Buyer Location: Staffordshire Duration: 12 Months Site Work: 2 Days Per Week in the Office Hourly Rate: Competative - InsideIR35 Responsibilities: Support the Indirect Sourcing Team to identify, select and negotiate with suppliers to get most competitive offer. Experience with majority if not all Indirect Commodities, MRO, FM, Professional Services, Labour, IT and Utilities. Ensure all active suppliers are approved and compliant (Supplier Connect / Complyworks). Enforce supplier strategy & Sourcing policies including management and optimization of supplier panels. Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers. Support budget planning and deliver Sourcing deflation and payment targets. Negotiate terms and conditions. Includes commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc. Support the UK Indirect team to resolve Supplier issues / support any related Sourcing related execution issues. Leads payment dispute resolutions with AP / GEV stakeholders / Suppliers. Utilises technical expertise and judgement to solve problems.
