Sales Support\n \nOur client based in central Reading is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales and operations teams by handling contractor management, invoicing, timesheet processing, and general administrative tasks.\n \nAs a Sales Support professional, you will assist the sales team by providing essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the recruitment and billing processes. You will be responsible for managing timesheet portals, handling invoicing for both contract and permanent placements, and chasing overdue invoices, all while maintaining excellent attention to detail.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage timesheet portals, ensuring contractors submit timesheets accurately and on time.\n\nProcess and manage invoicing for both contract and permanent placements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\n\nChase outstanding invoices and follow up with clients to ensure payments are made promptly.\n\nProvide effective contractor management, offering support and addressing contractor queries.\n\nMaintain and update contractor and client records.\n\nUse Excel to track data, generate reports, and monitor billing and payments.\n\nProvide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with various ad-hoc tasks and queries.\n\nEnsure that all invoicing and contract details are completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nKey Requirements:\n\nPrevious experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within a recruitment agency.\n\nProven experience working with timesheet portals and invoicing systems.\n\nStrong understanding of contractor management processes.\n\nExcellent Excel skills, including experience with spreadsheets and generating reports.\n\nExperience with invoice chasing and managing outstanding payments.\n\nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.\n\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.\n\nExcellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.\nIf you are interested in this role and would like to understand more then please click apply
