What you will enjoy doing
1. In this role, you will provide SHEQ support to Engineering (Customer Engineering Services, Discipline Engineering and Engineering Projects)
2. You will assist in the achievement of the Global policy not to harm people or the environment, through sustainable implementation of SHEQ management systems ( policy, standards, procedures, tools and processes) and key SHEQ improvement programmes
3. Lead the Operations & Engineering auditing programme
4. In addition, you will be responsible for the Engineering Management of Change (EMOC) process and act as Engineering’s representative in the Organisational Management of Change (OMOC) process
5. Be responsible for the Technical Authority framework
6. You will deliver SHEQ training to Engineering personnel
7. Furthermore, you will support the use of our SHEQ management software (Intelex and Elevate)
8. And finally, you will provide visible leadership of the SHEQ agenda
What makes you great
9. You have experience of SHEQ management systems in an industrial setting
10. Familiar with the legislative frameworks in the UK & Ireland (as applicable to SHEQ) and understand the role of Regulatory Authorities
11. You are competent to interpret and advise on SHEQ legislation and guidance
12. Furthermore, you are motivated to improve processes to make them more efficient and enhance the user experience
13. You hold, or are willing to obtain, the NEBOSH Diploma and other relevant qualifications
14. And finally, as part of this role you are able and willing to travel to BOC and customer locations throughout the UK & Ireland
