Job Summary:
The Caretaker/Cleaner is responsible to the Customer Services Manager for providing a number of functions in relation to the management and cleaning of the Council Offices.
Please note
1. There are 2 permanent part time posts available: 1 based in City Hall, Bangor working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 1.00 to 6.00 pm 1 based in Church Street, Newtownards working 15 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday from 1.00 to 6.00 pm
2. Applicants must be available to work outside normal working hours including weekends and evenings
3. Applicants must be flexible and will work across both Church Street and City Hall as required
4. It is anticipated that interviews will take place mid to late October
5. A reserve list may be kept from this recruitment exercise
6. Appointment will be subject to satisfactory completion of a medical questionnaire
