Contracts Manager (Fast Track) – £50,000–£60,000 Package | Midlands | Start in the New Year A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager (Fast Track) to join a growing Midlands-based construction company specialising in fast-track refurbishment, fit-out and maintenance projects across the commercial, retail and public sectors. This role offers long-term stability, career progression and the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of projects including pub refurbishments, hospital upgrades, MoD works and occasional new-build schemes. Duties & Responsibilities * Proven track record delivering fast-track refurbishment projects across sectors such as pubs, hospitals, retail and MoD sites. * Oversee a variety of construction operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. * Read, interpret and apply contract documents, programmes, drawings and technical specifications accurately. * Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery. * Work collaboratively with the Commercial and Procurement teams to manage labour, materials and subcontractor budgets effectively. * Manage and coordinate subcontractors on multiple live jobs. * Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies. * Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments. Requirements * Previous experience as a Contracts Manager (Fast Track), Project Manager or Site Manager within the construction industry. * ONC/HNC/HND or equivalent qualifications in a construction-related discipline (preferred). * Strong organisational skills and the ability to run multiple fast-track projects at once. * Experience in refurbishment, commercial fit-out, live environments, and preferably MoD or NHS projects.
