Manx Care is on an exciting journey of transformation, and we’re looking for a visionary Divisional Director of Nursing and Allied Health Professionals – Scheduled Care to join us. This role sits at the heart of a new, clinically led leadership structure designed to put expertise, quality, and compassion at the centre of everything we do. You’ll provide strategic direction, drive innovation, and champion person‑centred care across hospital and community services, ensuring that patients receive safe, seamless, and high‑quality care.
Key responsibilities
* Provide strategic direction for nursing and allied health services.
* Drive innovation and champion person‑centred care across hospital and community services.
* Ensure safe, seamless, and high‑quality care delivery.
* Represent the organisation in a range of clinical governance and strategic meetings.
* Lead the development and implementation of national and local best practice policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional with a passion for clinical excellence, innovation and transformation.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Extensive experience in senior clinical leadership roles.
