The Role
* Teaching English across Years 711
* 26 hours per week, including Head of Department responsibilities
* Working within a small, supportive team
* Contributing to a positive ethos and nurturing learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A degree in a related subject
* PGCE or recognised teaching qualification
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent)
* Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A genuine passion for education and pupil development
Desirable:
* ECT qualified
The school is also willing to invest in and support applicants wishing to undertake the ECT programme.
