The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards. You will assist with preparing ingredients, assembling menu items, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, supporting the cooking team while maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and portion ingredients according to daily requirements.
* Assist with assembling meals and packaging orders.

* Restock food, packaging, and condiments as needed.
* Follow food hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
* Work closely with the cooking and counter teams to ensure smooth service.
* Dispose of waste safely and maintain kitchen cleanliness throughout shifts.
Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment (preferred but not essential).
* Ability to maintain cleanliness.
* Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
